Orders made online or by phone require a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted). There is a service charge on each ticket purchased in this manner as well as a small handling charge for each order placed.

Please note that there can be no ticket refunds or exchanges even in the
event of inclement weather. All performances are subject to postponement,
delay or cancellations due to rain or severe weather conditions. Any weather
related delays or cancellations will be announced by a representative
of Shellabration Inc. prior to (or during) the performance.
